Last chance!

On this coming April 28th.and 29th., I am doing my last workshop in a year or so. If you have been  thinking about joining my course, this will be the last chance for a while. Having a baby in August, I guess it is going to keep me occupied for a while :-).
Set in wonderful Bikuben, in the small village of Tofte, there will be two days of learning the difference between shutters and f-stops, depth of field, composition, a few lighting techniques and a whole lot more!
Sounds fun? Pls.contact me for more information and prices.

PS! You are able to join only one day, even though I would recommend two.

Another workshop

Last weekend I had my first workshop out of two in beautiful Bikuben, a cosy old house in my home village of Tofte. Eight eager girls met with their cameras to learn more about the wonders of photography. After a day or two of participation, they had all come far in learning how to use shutterspeeds and f-stops, and where ready to go out and practice on their own.

If YOU you want to know more about the difference between shutters and f-stops, small and large depth of field, how to "see the light", photograph white on white and a whole lot more, I am doing another workshop on April 28th.and 29th.

You can contact me here for more information and prices.

Hope to see you there!

Getting closer...

There´s only ten more days of this month before we hit February, and only a month until my first workshop this spring. If you would like to know more about your camera, how to have control over your images using shutters, f-stops and ISO, learn how to get the perfect light and maybe shoot white on white, this is a workshop for you! On March 3rd.and 4th., in beautiful Bikuben, approximately 1 hour drive from Oslo, you are able to learn all that and a whole lot more.
Sound interesting? Send me an email for more information and prices.

PS! The workshop will unfortunately be held in Norwegian only.

A Christmas gift for you?

In Norway we have an old tradition saying that you should bake at least seven different sorts of cakes for Christmas. This Christmas I would like to challenge my Norwegian or Norwegian speaking readers :-). The winner of the challenge can win a one day workshop in digital photography on Mars 3rd. 2012 for herself or a friend/girlfriend (Sorry, girls only...). Want to participate? This is what you have to do:

Name the seven different brands that are in this image. Hard to see? Visit my website/new work and look for larger images.

Send me and email with your answer and write a comment on this blog when you have sent it. Do not post an answer on this blog. You´ll just help others to win :-).
Are there many participants with right answers, a winner will be drawn.
The draw will take place on December 24th. and the winner will be announced on this blog.

Good luck and hurry, you have only ten days...

This weekend I had a workshop in digital photography for beginners for seven eager girls who wanted to learn the very basics in photography. It was two long days with learning shutters and f-stops, some lighting techniques and a little bit of photoshop. The information flow was high and the learning curve steep, and I think there were a few of them that dreamt about numbers that night. The  images turned out amazing as you can see here!
